Our unique services are centered around the principles of Pilates in our fully equipped Pilates rehab studio.
Serenity Physical Therapy’s state-of-the-art Pilates facility is complete with multiple Pilates apparatus. We offer individual instruction in the Pilates method on the mat, reformer, Cadillac and chair utilizing a classic approach to Pilates.
Our instructors have diverse training and experience to integrate functional core training exercises using Bosu trainer and stability balls to provide variety to clients who desire complementary activities.
Pilates workouts can be performed and tailored to fit individual patient needs of ALL ages using specially designed equipment and/or mats. We offer sports rehab and pediatric rehab, as well as an injury prevention program.
